When I'm not decoding user needs or crafting service designs, you'll find me teaching Kung Fu, mentoring aspiring researchers, or typing away at my screenplays. Yes, really - I believe in understanding both real and fictional experiences!

My journey from Communication Studies PhD to UX Researcher has taught me that the best solutions emerge when we truly understand the 'why' behind human behaviour. I've applied this philosophy across projects from startup innovations to enterprise transformations, always aiming to bridge the gap between rigorous methodology and practical innovation.
Currently, I'm exploring how AI can enhance (not replace) human-centred research while supporting Vancouver's design community. My superpower? Turning complex research findings into actionable strategies that actually make sense.
